It’s finally here. The moment we can share the news we’ve been working on for several years. What started as a modest update has transformed under our hands into a brand-new generation of Foxentry. We’ve changed practically everything. We completely overhauled the UX, built a brand-new client application, and paved the way for features that will take your breath away. It took a bit longer than we planned (as things often do in IT), but the result is well worth the wait. And the best part? We managed to release it before GTA 6!
Addresses Across Europe: Quality Without Compromise
We’re starting with our most significant update. While our API clients have been testing this feature for some time, we’re finally opening it up to all our users. Foxentry now offers address autocomplete and validation across practically all of Europe.
Why did it take us so long? The answer is simple: Quality.
There are many solutions on the market that boast global coverage but often rely on freely available (Open Source) data. While free, this data is frequently unusable for a business where every delivered package counts. We didn’t want to go down that path. We use open databases only as a benchmark to see how much better we are. In some countries, our data accuracy is up to ten times higher than freely available sources.
Romania: The E-shop Owner’s Nightmare is Over
If you’ve ever tried dlivering to Romania, you’ve likely hit a wall. Romania is infamous among e-commerce businesses: people are used to ordering to the nearest landmark, a telephone booth, or using names that simply don’t exist in official state registries. Couriers then wander aimlessly, and you pay for unnecessary return shipping costs.
This is where the difference between a "standard" solution and the new Foxentry truly shows. While standard open data in Romania contains only about 780,000 unique addresses, our database currently counts over 1.7 million—and that number grows every day. This means we have nearly a million extra addresses up our sleeve that the competition simply cannot see.
Romania isn't the only country where we go much further than others. In some nations, the gap in data quality is staggering. A typical example is the United Kingdom—where open data ends at the 5.5 million address mark, we offer our customers over 18 million.
New UX: Faster Than Your Thoughts
In the new version, we didn't settle for just new data; we completely redesigned the logic of all our features. Our goal is simple: to save the customer every possible second in the checkout process.
- Learning Mode: We've implemented algorithms that constantly learn to offer more relevant results based on previous interactions.
- One-Click Address: Mobile users can now enter an address instantly—the system intelligently suggests addresses in their immediate vicinity.
- Smarter Emails: Domain autocompletion is now more intuitive, preventing unnecessary typos in contact details.
The Future Belongs to AI Agents
We are following the trends and preparing for an era where users will stop filling out forms manually and instead delegate it to their AI agents. Foxentry 2.0 is designed not to hinder this process but to support it with deep validation. We aren't thrown off by continuous text full of context that would overwhelm standard systems. Does a customer (or their AI) write: “prah 3 jeseniooova 55 near post office, 6th floor”? No problem. Foxentry intelligently filters out the noise and automatically corrects the input to a clean “Jeseniova 1151/55, Praha 3”.
We No Longer Fight Browser Autocomplete. We Collaborate.
This is an evergreen among client inquiries. Website owners often debate whether to turn off browser autocompletion (Chrome, Safari, etc.) because it clashes with the suggester, or leave it and risk the user inserting outdated or incorrect data. Our solution? Use both at the same time.
Introducing the unique “Fix Autocomplete” extension. It works simply: the customer uses the browser's autocomplete, and within milliseconds, Foxentry checks the data's accuracy, corrects typos, fills in missing information, and correctly rearranges it into the proper fields. The user barely notices a problem occurred and proceeds smoothly to payment. This is the true path to increasing conversions!
New Client App: Your Forms Under a Microscope
The brand-new client section isn't just about a "fresh coat of paint." We are bringing you a range of settings that were never possible before. You can now deeply customize the appearance and behavior of Foxentry so that the suggester and info messages fit your website’s design 100%. Along with this comes a completely new logic for field mapping and behavior settings. You can decide for yourself when you want to automatically correct data for users and when a recommendation of an alternative is enough. Of course, you can still set your goals—whether you want to strictly prevent invalid data or speed up the entire process without putting hurdles in your users' way.
Analytics That Others Ignore
A chapter in itself is the new statistics. Although we are launching only a part of the functionality in this release, it already offers a more detailed view of your forms than ever before. And that’s just the beginning. The final version of statistics will allow you to look directly "under the hood" of your checkout. You will find out which part of the ordering process is the most problematic, where users spend the most time, or where they make the most mistakes. We believe we are finally providing our clients with checkout process data that other analytical tools often nonsensically overlook.
Plans for the Future
We are currently busy migrating clients to the new version, but that doesn't mean we're going silent for a while. Quite the opposite. We are keeping several other innovations under wraps that we prepared in parallel with this update. In the coming months, you can look forward to new project types, advanced integrations, and the launch of the full version of analytical statistics. Our vision remains: what we do at Foxentry today, others will try to imitate in a few years. 2026 is going to be a truly wild ride in terms of innovation!
Note for clients: The transition to the new 2.0 version will be smooth and automatic for most of you. You don't need to set up or change anything complicated. We will inform you via email as soon as your project migration is complete.
