What countries do you support?

We're focusing on constantly widening our reach. That's why we are adding support for more countries as often as we can. You can take a look at supported countries here.

What happens if I exceed the monthly limit

You basically have two options. With the first, you can let Foxentry deactivate functionality when the limit is reached until the following month. The second, which is default, is paying for for all the requests that exceeded the limit. Take a look at our overlimit pricing.

Do I have to pay for the set-up?

No. Our app is completely free of charge. You'll pay only when you decide to start using Foxentry by choosing a subscription that best suits your needs.

Can Foxentry be used on multiple domains?

Every new project is linked to a specific domain and all the subdomains. Therefore, the project allows you to use Foxentry on domains such as example.com or app.users.example.com. If you'd like to use Foxentry on a completely different domain, you just need to create a new project.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes! Just sign up for free and a 14-day trial will be added automatically to every project you create.

How difficult is it to set up Foxentry?

We're all about ease of use. That's why you don't need an IT department to get Foxentry up and running. All you have to do is add a custom script to your website (by using Google Tag Manager, for example). The rest can be set up in our app. Don't worry if you're not sure whether you can do this or not. We offer all our clients assistance with implementation completely free of charge.

How can I be sure someone is not stealing my data?

Foxentry was designed with privacy in mind. We take data protection very seriously, and all the measures we've undertaken are explained in length on thedata security page. We anonymize and encrypt all information so data can't be accessed, not even by us. We are GDPR compliant.

What about your customer support?

We're available to our clients every working day from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm - by e-mail, phone and online chat. We respond to inquiries within 24 hours. In addition to customer support, we offer clients assistance with the entire implementation, completely free of charge.
